SANBlaze is currently looking to expand our Massachusetts based software engineering team.

The right candidate will be passionate about developing code and be capable of working within a creative and entrepreneurial environment with a solid track record of introducing innovative and unique products.  A solid demonstrable fluency in C programming language is required.

Job Summary:

Software Engineering position responsible for designing and architecting robust, scalable, and maintainable software for SANBlaze's expanding product line of SAN emulation solutions.

Our product set runs in a Linux environment and relies heavily on storage and network protocols and specifications such as SCSI, FibreChannel, SAS, iSCSI and TCP/IP, and therefore knowledge in these areas will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Software development, design, code, unit test, integration, and technical documentation
• Integration of driver changes within our web management software
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as within a small, dynamic team
• Customer support as required

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science
• Strong C programming skills are essential
• Knowledge of HTML, Java, Java Script, XML, scripting languages such as Perl and BASH is a plus
• Experience writing scripts under Linux
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with storage and/or network protocols such as Fibre Channel, SAS, iSCSI, TCP/IP
• Driver development or maintenance under Linux or other platform would be a significant advantage
