We are adding functionality to our Target software that will allow a predefined storage profile to be associated with a simulated disk or Tape device.

The first pass of this will be profiles of functional devices, such as a specific disk drive or tape device to be used.

Over the next release cycle, we will begin to deliver more complex profiles that emulate actual storage arrays and tape changers.

Customers will also have the ability to attach a device to a port on a SANBlaze system and run a Profile Builder application that will query the connected device, build and save the profile onto the system.

As the library for these profiles is increased, both by SANBlaze and our customers, they will be posted here.
